During her 3.5 years there, she led the commercialization of more than 50 beverage innovation and sustainability projects—ensuring packaging availability, graphic quality, and compliance with sustainability standards across global supply chains.

She streamlined cross-functional collaboration between suppliers, global procurement, supply chain, and brand innovation teams to support successful product launches. Sarah also spearheaded a portfolio-wide tab reduction initiative, reducing tab colors from 24 to 7 and generating approximately $2 million in cost savings.

In addition, she led a cross-functional stretch assignment to develop a visibility platform identifying out-of-network plant shipments, reducing freight inefficiencies and strengthening procurement oversight. She presented findings to senior vice presidents and procurement leadership, reinforcing her ability to translate data into executive-level insights.
