Mobile Messaging Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Carolina Canners, Inc. handles mobile telephone numbers collected for the CCI Visitor Arrival Notifications program.

What we collect. The mobile telephone number you provide on the written consent form, your name and your department.

How we use it. Solely to send you a text message when a visitor checks in at a Carolina Canners lobby and names you as their host, and to respond if you reply STOP or HELP.

What we do not do. Mobile information collected for this program is not sold, rented or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, and is never shared with lead generators. No mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties.

Service providers. Messages are delivered through our messaging provider, which processes the number only to deliver the message on our behalf.

How long we keep it. For as long as your number is enrolled, and for two years afterwards as a record that consent was given and withdrawn.

Your choices. Reply STOP to any message to withdraw consent, or contact IT or Human Resources. Withdrawing has no effect on your employment.
